The client hired a company to update their website (It was on Wix), which was several years old. The website had become dated, both in terms of the design used and the content. They wanted to update our image by presenting a fresh, modern aesthetic.

Since it was a significant change for them, they wanted to make sure we had a plan for our new direction before committing to a development partner.

Pain: Ironing out all the details before starting development is crucial. There are a lot of complex moving parts—business needs, business goals, technology limitations, design preferences, etc. If one of these things changes, it’s more time and money to change something else.
